Built between 1837 and 1853, Peppers Calstock is a stunning example of Tasmania’s grand pioneering homes. Retaining many original features, including marble fireplaces, high ceilings with decorative architraves, and cedar floors, the house has been carefully restored to its former glory.

Room Types:
Chambre Bleue: The blue room is located in the main house. With a queen-size bed and views to the south and east of the estate, the delicate colours and furnishings create a romantic feel.
Chambre Verte: The green room has fantastic views over the courtyard and stables. Located in the main house this room features a delicate green palate with queen size bed, shower, and bath.
Suite Rustique: Located in the west wing of the house on the lower level, suite rustique has a separate lounge, bedroom with twin beds, and ensuite.
Chambre Cerise: The rich red tones of the decor create a warm atmosphere, while the large windows feature a panoramic view of the grounds. Located in the Main house, the Red Room features a king-size bed and ensuite including a spa bath.
Chambre Ivoire: The Ivory room is located in the main house. The large windows have views across the gardens towards Deloraine. This softly coloured room features King size bed and ensuite with a spa bath.
Suite Automne: This large two-bedroom family suite is located on the lower level of the house with views of the courtyard and gardens. Featuring private access to the veranda, large bathroom facilities, and wheelchair access. Accommodates 4 people with a queen-size bed in the master room and twin beds in the second bedroom.
